Bro. John Woolard CP AKA "Ringo" Provincial Grand Registrar, 2012 Examining Council Chamberlain, 2012

I became a member of the Lord Balcarres Lodge in February 2007. I didn’t know what to expect and I did feel a bit worried that I might make a complete fool of myself in front of a group of long served and esteemed brothers. But I needn’t have worried because it didn’t take me long to work out they were all as daft as I am.

I was raised to 2nd degree in February 2010 and became a P.G.L Delegate last year (2011) where I was Provincial Grand Alderman of Benevolence and Bearer of the Jewel. This year I became PGL Registrar and Chamberlin on the Examining Council.

I have met a lot of good brothers in the short time I have been in the Buffs and made some great friends.

I look forward to what will be a long and happy time in Buffaloism and hopefully in 2013 my raising to 3rd degree.

Ps, Before I was a Buff I never wore a dinner suit, I use the thing so much now that the neighbours think I have come into money or taken up ballroom dancing.
