Bro. Barry Skelhorn R.O.H. Provincial Grand Primo 2011 PG Secretary Knight President, 2001 Knight Secretary

Bro. Barry was initiated into the New Era Lodge on 27th Nov. 1992. He was raised to the Second Degree on 17th Feb. 1994 and to the Third Degree on 17th May 1998. He has been a member of Leyland Lodge since 13th May 1993 where he served as secretary from 1993 to 2000. On 7th September 2003 Leyland Lodge raised him to the Fourth Degree.

He served in PGL in 1995 and 1996 as PGAJ then had to relinquish his office for a while due to work and family committments, though he remained an active member of both Lodges.

He was elected to serve as Knight President for 2001, an office he took great pride in holding. He served as Kt. Treasurer for several years and is currently the Knight Secretary. He is also a keen member of the R.O.H. Assembly.

He has again become active in PGL and was elected to serve as Provincial Grand Secretary in 2007. He was later elected to serve as Deputy Provincial Grand Primo for 2010.

In 2011 he served as PGP.

Throughout his membership Bro. Barry has been a constant supporter of all charitable activities as well as organising many events himself.
